(57) Composite mailing wrappers are made from an integral web (10) which comprises a cover sheet panel (20) and an envelope portion (30), divided by fold lines (12, 34, 35) into separate panels; by folding the web (10) and bonding the edges of panels together, the desired mailing wrappers are made by a procedure which involves separating the envelope portion (30) from the cover sheet panel (20).
