(54) Water-proof connector


(57) A water-proof connector having a sealing ring (30) in the connection between a male connector housing (20,20a,20b) having a male connector (21) and a female connector housing (10) having a female connector (11) is disclosed. An engaging mechanism (26A,26B,50A,50B,60A,60B) holds the sealing ring (30) on the male connector housing. The insertion or separation of the male connector housing (20,20a,20b) and the female connector housing (10) is facilitated and the water-proof effect is improved.
