(54) Method of manufacturing without strain a rotor of an open-end spinning machine


(57) Der spanlos geformte Offenend-Spinnrotor (1) weist an seinem offenen Rand (12) eine Verstärkung (14) auf. Diese ist als eine am Außenumfang des offenen Randes (12) vorgesehene Bördelung (14) ausgebildet. Bei der plastischen Verformung des Ausgangsmaterials in die endgültige Form des Spinnrotors (1) wird dessen Gleitwand (10) auf eine übermä-βige Länge gebracht. Anschließend an diese plastische Verformung wird der offene Rand (12) des Spinnrotors (1) durch Umbördeln verstärkt.
