(57) An assembly for an electrical component, especially for a base of a rotary electric switch, comprises first and second superimposable base parts. The first part has edge indentations to receive a plurality of terminals, suitably after connection of cables. On superimposition of the base parts the terminals are located and locked in the composition base so formed.
