(57) Device for the checking of the attachment of bristle sets in brushes with the characteristic that it consists primarily of clamps (18 and 20-21) that can enclose a bristle set (28) of a brush (27), mechanisms that can move the clamps (18 and 20-21) with respect to each other in such a way that they clamp onto the enclosed bristle set (26), and mechanisms that move the clamps (18 and 20-21) in such a way that they pull on the bristle set (28) lengthwise and away from the brush base (27).
