(57) A method is disclosed for cleaning textiles using cyclic dimethylsiloxanes as a cleaning
fluid for removing soil spots. The useful siloxanes include octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane,
decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane.
