(57) La présente invention concerne l'obtention d'offrétites stabilisée faiblement ou
fortement enrichies en silice et débarrassées de la majeure par des ions alcalins
originaux (potassium notamment) en effectuant des cycles traitements thermiques-traitements
extractifs en phase liquide (échanges cationiques - attaques acides) sur des offrétites
synthétiques comportant des ions potassium et des ions tétraméthylammonium, de rapport
molaire silic sur alumine compris entre 4 et 10, et l'utilisation des offrétites fortement
enrichies en silice pour convertir le méthanol, ou le diméthyléther, ou un mélange
de ces deux réactifs en hydrocarbures légers riches en oléfines en C

3 et C
4.
