(57) A dry food product reconstitutable with cold or hot aqueous liquid to a pulpily structured
fruit sauce, soup, juice, compote, concassée, savoury vegetable-containing soup or
snack meal containing added starch and, optionally, further consistency - and/or structure-imparting
components as well as at least one taste-and/or flavor imparting dry vegetable and/or
fruit component (fruit substance), is characterized in that the added starch consists
at least partially of cold-swelling leguminous pre-gelatinized starch.
