    (54) Light-transmissible plate shielding electromagnetic waves

    (57) A light-transmissible plate having the function of shielding electromagnetic waves comprises a transparent plastic base plate (1), a hard coating layer (2, 2') on the base plate (1), an electroconductive layer (3) on the hard coating layer (2) and a layer (4) having low refractive index on the electroconductive layer (3). The plate (100) can shield electromagnetic waves, and can have high damage resistance even if the plastic constituting the base plate (1) has low surface hardness. Moreover, it is possible to give the plate (100) the function of preventing reflection.
A further anti-reflection film composed of a plurality of layers (21, 22, 23, 24) may be formed on a hard coating layer (2') on the surface opposite to the surface on which the electroconductive layer (3) is provided. The film has excellent adhesion, durability, abrasion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, light resistance, weather resistance and static charge resistance, and has excellent properties of shielding electromagnetic waves, eliminating static electricity and preventing reflection.
