(57) A shelving, particularly for use as bookshelves, comprises a support structure (16; 19, 20; 27; 34) and a series of horizontal shelves (1) carried by the support structure. Each horizontal shelf (1) comprises a series of flat telescopic elements located side by side, so that it can assume any length between a minimum length and a maximum length.
