[0004] -The present invention concerns a sole for therapeutic, sport and free time shoes, consisting in an air tube with elastic distancing elements.

[0005] It is already known that all existing rubber shoes, for any use, have a sole made on one single plane so as to allow, in the biped position, a square foot position.

[0006] In run or jump or all those sports wherein it is needed to forward displace the barycenter, for increasing the propulsion, by lifting up oneself onto the top of the foot, there is one moment when all the load passes onto the first metatarsal, while the other heads remain suspended, with an enormous stress for the skeleton and the muscles.

[0007] It is the aim of the present invention to allow, in the space movement of the load from the heel to the heads of all metatarsi, a gradual adaptation to the resting according to the needs immediately expressed by the foot, maintaining the harmony between agonist and anthagonist muscles.

[0008] The aim is reached by the sole for therapeutic, sport and free time shoes according to the present invention, consisting in an air tube provided with elastic distancing elements like small pistons out of plastic material or rubber or similar, eventually of different elastic resistance, placed along the whole foot resting surface whereby said surface allows, even 'if the foot maintains, in the biped position thereof, the same features of the known, similar shoes, due to the increased elasticity thereof, a constant resting in the load displacement, reducing the restraining resistance in those points where the metatarsi and footfinger pathologies are present, due to the full and hollow spaces that are obtained by the space displacement of the load.

[0009] The sole according to the present invention shortens the time for the balance research with a more immediate space alignment of the limb, thus reducing the stress of the lower/upper astragalus, of the knee, of the hip, of the relative ligaments and of the concerned muscles' bands.

[0010] Above described adaptation allows, in people suffering from pathologies at the hips, knees or feet, as well as to sportmen a greater articulation movement even increasing the space propulsion capacities with a consequent energy consumption saving.

[0011] According to a possible variant of the present invention, the sole for use in orthopaedy and sport is provided with inner separation baffles for the separation of the air tube in a plurality of sectors, being in turn eventually filled up, by injection, with expanded material or PVC or siliconic materials or other, so as to realize a differenced support for the different points of the foot, correcting the defects.

[0012] The present invention will be described hereinafter more in detail, relating to the enclosed drawings in which some preferred embodiments are shown.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a sole for therapeutic and/or sport shoes, with an air tube with distancing elements with small cylindrical pistons.

Figures 2 and 3 show a scheme of two variants of the sole, having small pistons with different diameters in the various points, according to the different elasticity needs and according to the length of the feet and the load they are able to carry.

Figure 4 shows a sole with distancing elements consisting in elastic material bands.

Figure 5 shows an outer lateral view of a shoe that may be high or low, with a sole having lateral air exchange holes.

[0013] The figures show a sole for therapeutic, sport and free time shoes, mainly comprising a distribution of small cylindrical pistons 1 that will maintain separated the upper layer 2 for the resting of the foot, from the lower layer 3, that is the bottom or tread, to which the circular surfaces are fixed by construction or sticking, so as to realize an elastically deformable air tube, according to the stresses transmitted by the different small pistons.

[0014] The air present between the structures of the layers 2 and 3 of the small pistons 1 may eventually circulate towards the lateral holes 4, being outwardly open.

[0015] Said small pistons 1 are preferrably out of elastic material with full structure but, in possible variants, said pistons may also show a hollow structure, full of air or also inlet and outlet air circulation holes.

[0016] The diameter and therefore the mechanical resistance and the elasticity of the small pistons 1 may be constant along the whole surface of the sole or, preferrably, the dimensions of said pistons may be different according to the different support needs of the different points of the foot.

[0017] For this purpose, said small pistons 1 may also be out of different materials of different hardness.

[0018] A further feature of the present invention.consists in the presence, neraby the heel, of the small pistons in a concentrate disposition 5, which allows to the heel to remain on axis exactly placing it through the centralized elasticity thereof.

[0019] For what concerns the variant of figure 4, the small elastic pistons 2 are replaced, for the same purpose, with bands 6, complete or eventually fractioned, or non parallel, but always elastic because out of rubber, para rubber, plastic materials and similar, and always appropriate for the realization of the air tube between the layers 2 and 3.

[0020] The variant for use in orthopaedy and sport provides an air tube devided in sectors by separation baffles for the formation of separated tubes, made elastic by small pistons 1 and/or bands 6, with one or more aeration holes 4 for each tube that may also be used for the immission of expanded material or PVC or siliconic ma- teri.al in those points suggested by the orthopaedist.

[0021] In a further embodiment, the present invention may be realized by means of a small sole provided with distancc- ing elements that may be inserted, when it is needed, in a hollow shoe and there it may be cold-sticked in the upper inner part of the tread, thus obtaining the structure of the air tube, according to the aim set forth.
