Antibody complexes of hapten-modified diagnostic or therapeutic agents |
(57) Antibody complexes comprising hapten-modified diagnostic or therapeutic agents and
anti-hapten antibodies are disclosed. Administration of hapten-modified agents, complexed
with suitable anti-hapten antibodies, extends the serum half-life and permits an increased
concentration of such diagnostic or therapeutic agents at
invivo target sites.
