(57) Fabric with simple weave characterized by a weft made up of a number of threads inserted
simultaneously, even though of differentthichnesses (1a; 1b; 1c; ...), being noticeably
greater in number and consistency than the warp (2; 2'), the weft having a continuous,
zig-zag selvage (1,1') and the warp (2,2') doubly weaving (a) the weft while the weft
singly weaves (b) the warp, the consistency of the weft (1a; 1b; 1c; ...) being such
as to remain essentially rectilinear while the warp (2, 2') winds itself around it.
