    (54) Battery operated power wrap tool


    (57) A portable power tool for forming wire wrap type connec­tions includes an electric motor, a torque transmitter and a casing for enclosing the electric motor and the torque transmitter. Re­movably mounted to the casing is a battery pack (32). The battery pack mounts both rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries so that the battery pack may not be recharged when non-rechargeable batteries are contained within the battery pack.
