Method of and apparatus for monitoring a population in a room and for collecting data
from television viewers |
(57) Apparatus for monitoring the population in a room containing a device (112), the
apparatus comprises a detector (300) for detecting the entry and exit of people from
the room, and a monitor (410) for monitoring the status of the device (112). The monitor
includes a prompting circuit (412) responsive to the detector (300) for prompting
people in the room to input additional information to the monitor (410) when the detector
detects entry or exit from the room.
