Detergent granules and a process for their preparation |
(57) Detergent powders built with alkali metal carbonate and containing both sodium silicate
and a calcium carbonate seed crystal material such as calcite are prepared by granulating
a carbonate/silicate base powder with the seed crystal material, ideally in the presence
of a liquid binder such as sucrose solution.
