(57) A flying bullet artillery toy has an elongated body (3) having an explosive head
(2,6) at one end. The body includes sealing means (4) for sealingly engaging a blowing
tube (5) of a pea-shooter.

[0001] In past, the toy bombs (please refer to Fig. 1) plunged downward and hit the ground
to make explosion. That was its former structure by weight to be attracted by gravity.
Its bomb head needed large weight in two sections: upper and lower parts. The explosives
in bomb were encased within the upper and lower sections of its head. The bomb cannon
was thrown up in the proper height in the sky and by means of the heavy weight of
the bomb head and plunger speed, the bomb dropped and made forceful contact with ground.
The upper and lower sections clamped the explosives to make explosion sound. Such
toy bomb could only move perpendicularly in ups and downs with its low entertainment
effect because of its heavy bomb head. When it hit people during its fall, the person
who received the big impact of the heavy head would feel aching. Besides, the child
had insufficient strength in throwing it in the sky. The flying bomb cannon could
get the proper height, he could set the bomb in explosion. Such old bomb presented
less entertainment effect and it could not get the relish by the child.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The problem solved by this invention is to provide a kind of structure of the safe
flying bomb cannon with much more entertainment effect in the imitation of the rocket's
projection to hit the target and to produce the audio effect of explosion. The plastics
cannon explosives are placed on the metal bomb head. The encased explosives are easy
to develop the fast effect. The explosives directly collide with the hardware target
with good effect of explosion sound. Besides, it is easy to be ignited. The flying
bomb cannon may be made up of plastics material which is injected in an integrated
form from the mold, and therefore, it is cheap in cost. Its inner body is empty and
it is light in weight. If it clashes with the human body, no painful feeling can be
made with much safe effect. If the metal bomb head is sheathed with soft rubber bullet,
it can be used to blow and hit the opponent to increase entertainment and interesting
effect. The tail end of the flying bomb cannon is a round atmospheric pressure chamber.
The middle part is empty tube in shape. When the player blows through the blowing
tube, the atmospheric pressure chamber and empty tube are filled with air. Then the
air presses the flying bomb cannon to shot out very fast. Its usage is very simple.
The empty tube is equipped with some balance ailerons to stabilize the direction of
the spurt and to achieve the hitting effect. The air blowing tube can be installed
in the gun shape on which the light is installed. Its sound may be produced as the
same audio effect when the rocket is ejected.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0004] The flying cannon bomb 1 under the subject case of invention has a metal bullet head
2 at its front end. Its middle portion is an empt y tube
3. Its rear end is a round shape air pressure chamber 4. The empty tube 3 is equipped
with some balance ailerons 31. The diameter of air blowing tube 5 and the round shape
air pressure chamber are fitted with the size of the metal bullet head 2. The case
of explosives 6 wraps up the metal bullet head 2. The flying cannon bomb 1 is inserted
into the air blowing tube 5. The user may use his mouth to blow air to press the air
pressure chamber 4 and empty tube 3. As the air is blown, the round shape air pressure
chamber 4 and empty tube 3 are filled with air. Thus, they make the flying cannon
bomb to spurt out along the direction of the air blowing tube. When the plastics explosives
hit the hard matter, the plastics cannon explosives 6 are hit on both sides by the
metal bullet head 2 and hard matter caused by high speed thrusting force of the flying
cannon bomb 1. Then the explosives come to explode to reach the level imitation sound
of the rocketing hitting the target.
[0005] The front fringe of the soft bullet head 7 is big in thickness with a case opening
71 which is fitted with the metal bullet head 2. if the soft rubber bullet head 7
is placed to wrap up the metal bullet head 2 through the case opening 71, the flying
cannon bomb can be used to hit opponent by air blowing. The two players may use the
toys in same manner to increase their interests by hitting each other in sport.
1. A structure of flying bomb artillery toy including an elongated body (3) having
an explosive head (2,6) at one end, characterized in that said body (3) includes sealing
means (4) for sealingly engaging a blowing tube (5) of a pea-shooter.
2. A structure of flying bomb artillery toy according to Claim 1, characterized in
that said sealing means (4) are formed on a tail portion of said body (3) opposed
to said explosive head (2,6).
3. According to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on said body (3) are formed ailerons
(31) extending radially therefrom.
4. Any of the preceding Claims, characterized in that said explosive head includes
a percussion pin (2) fixed to the corresponding end of said body and axially projecting
therefrom, an explosive percussion cap (6) being removably fitted over said pin (2).
5. According to Claim 4, characterized in that a cap (7) made of soft material is
removably fitted over said explosive head, said cap (7) surrounding said percussion
pin (2) and said explosive percussion cap (6).
6. A structure of flying bomb artillery toy, characterized in that:
The front end of the flying bomb is a metal bullet head (2). Its middle portion is
an empty tube (3) and rear end is a round shape air pressure chamber (4). The empty
tube (3) is installed with some balance ailerons (31). The round shape air pressure
chamber (4) agrees with the inner circle of the air blowing tube (5). The metal bullet
(2) is matched with the inner circle of the shell (6) of plastics explosives. The
bomb explosives are placed into the metal bullet head (2) and the flying cannon bomb
is inserted into the air blowing tube (5). When the air is blown into the air blowing
tube (5), the flying cannon bomb spurts out in high speed to make the explosives (6)
to hit directly the target.
7. A structure of flying bomb artillery toy according to Claim 6, characterized in
that the metal bullet (2) can also be replaced with the soft rubber bullet (7). The
front fringe of the soft bullet head (7) is thicker and has a case opening (71) to
be fitted with the metal bullet head (2). The soft bullet head (7) may be placed over
the metal bullet (2) through the case opening (71).
