Enzymatic dishwashing composition |
(57) The present invention relates to an enzymatic dishwashing composition comprising
proteases and lipases. The lipases belong to a special class, i.e. those which show
a positive immunological cross-reaction with the antibody of the lipase, produced
by
Chromobacterviscosum var.
lipolyticum NRRL B 3683.
The use of the proteases and the lipases together provides for a synergistic cleaning
effect of the dishwashing composition.
