(57) Es wird ein lichtempfindliches Gemisch beschrieben, das ein Diazoniumsalz-Polykondensationsprodukt
und ein polymeres Bindemittel enthält, das in wäßrig-alkalischen Lösungen löslich
oder mindestens quellbar ist und ein Umsetzungsprodukt eines intramolekularen Anhydrids
einer organischen Polycarbonsäure und eines organischen Isocyanats mit einem Hydroxylgruppen
enthaltenden Polymeren ist, das keine weiteren zur Umsetzung mit Säureanhydriden befähigten
funktionellen Gruppen enthält.
Das Gemisch hat eine erhöhte Druckauflage bei guter Lagerfähigkeit und Entwickelbarkeit.
