Coal compositions and their production |
(57) A combustible friable fuel, e.g., for a power station boiler, is made by appropriate
mixing of absorbent polymeric particles into a sticky coal fines filter cake. The
friable fuel can be blended with coal smalls and then pulverised. The polymer is a
cross linked, ionic, synthetic polymer.
