    (54) Highly resilient polypropylene fiber


    (57) Highly resilient polypropylene fiber having a compression recovery of at least 250% is provided by spinning and drawing a filament, imparting a non-helical or sawtooth crimp, for instance in a stuffer box, and thereafter heat setting to permanently impart the crimp.
