Fabric conditioning composition |
(57) A fabric conditioning composition comprises a cationic fabric softening agent, an
amine and an amphoteric material which is preferably an amine oxide. The combination
of the three components leads to an improvement in the softening benefit, delivered
to the fabrics even in the presence of anionic surface active materials carried over
from the wash cycle of a fabric laundering process. A method of use of the compositions
is also disclosed.
