<p id="pa01" num="0001">In einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hochfesten feinfibrilli­gen Texturgarnes aus Nylon 6.6-POY, ist zur Erhöhung der Festig­keit des Texturgarnes der Texturierung eine Verstreckung von we­nigstens 1:1,4 vorgeschaltet.</p>
<p id="pa02" num="0002">Das erhaltene feinfibrillige Texturgarn mit einer Festigkeit von &gt;48 cN/tex, einem Kräuselgrad von &gt;50% Einkräuselung und eine Kräuselbeständigkeit von 70-90 % dient insbesondere zur Herstel­lung von Zahnradtreibriemen hoher Präzision für den technischen Bereich.  </p>

<description id="desc" lang="de">
<p id="p0001" num="0001">Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines hochfesten Nylontexturgarnes aus Nylon 6.6-POY, mit einem Fi­brilleneinzeltiter von 1,0-1,4 dtex, ein Nylontexturgarn, her­gestellt nach dem Verfahren sowie dessen Verwendung.</p>
<p id="p0002" num="0002">Verfahren zur Herstellung von texturierten Polyamidgarnen sind bekannt. So beschreibt die DE-A-28 55 763 ein Verfahren zum Spinntexturieren von Polyamid, wobei eine latente Kräuselung ohne Anwendung einer speziellen Kräuselvorrichtung erhalten wird. Die Kräuselung wird in den Beispielen mit höchstens 30,4 % angegeben und eine Bauschigkeit mit höchstens 40 % erreicht. Festigkeiten sind bei diesem Simultanverfahren nicht angegeben, sie liegen je­doch erfahrungsgemäss unter 40 cN/tex. Ein solches Garn ist zur Herstellung von Textilien vorgesehen, wo niedrige Einzelfaserti­ter mit hohen Festigkeiten erforderlich sind, ist es aber wenig geeignet.</p>
<p id="p0003" num="0003">Zur Herstellung von beispielsweise Zahnradtreibriemen sind aus­serordentlich ermüdungsbeständige und hochfeste, schockabsorbie­rende und dimensionsstabile Materialien erforderlich. Bisher wur­den Stahlkord und Fiberglasskord verwendet und neuerdings durch Aramidkord wie Kevlarkord <sup>R</sup> (Markenzeichen der Firma DU PONT) er­setzt. Andere Polyamide sind wegen ihrer geringen Festigkeit und Ermüdungsbeständigkeit ungeeignet.</p>
<p id="p0004" num="0004">Alle drei Gruppen von Kord haben jedoch Nachteile. Stahlkord ist aus wirtschaftlichen und verarbeitungstechnischen Gründen zu er­setzen. Fiberglasskord ist nicht biegebeständig; Aramidkord ist zu wenig biegsam und auch aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen wenig geeignet.<!-- EPO <DP n="2"> --></p>
<p id="p0005" num="0005">Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zur Verfügung zu stellen, um ein hochfestes, ermüdungsbeständiges und dimensions­stabiles Nylongarn zur Herstellung von Schussgarn für den techni­schen Gebrauch zur Verfügung zu stellen.</p>
<p id="p0006" num="0006">Dabei ist in erster Linie an ein feinfibrilliges Texturgarn mit optimaler Festigkeit gedacht. Die Texturierung soll direkt ab Nylon 6.6-POY (PON) erfolgen.</p>
<p id="p0007" num="0007">Unter einem Nylon POY (PON) ist ein Vorlagegarn zu verstehen, welches im Geschwindigkeitsbereich von 2750-5200 m/min gesponnen und gleichzeitig teilverstreckt und aufgespult wurde. Es ist als Vorlagegarn zum Falschdrahttexturieren gut geeignet, nicht jedoch bei feineren Titern im Bereich unter 10 dtex per Einzelfilament. Mit feintitrigeren Filamenten ist nach den bekannten Spindelver­fahren kein flusenfreies Texturgarn mehr herzustellen. Bei einem Einzeltiter von dtex 78/34 = dtex 2,94 wurden nach dem Simtexver­fahren auf 1000 km Faden eine sehr hoche Flusenzahl gemessen.</p>
<p id="p0008" num="0008">Unter Simtexverfahren ist das gleichzeitige Verstrecken und Tex­turieren von POY zu verstehen. Bei diesem Verfahren muss der Fa­den schonend durch die Texturierzone geführt werden, damit er nicht zu viel an Festigkeit verliert und sich die Flusigkeit noch in tolerierbaren Grenzen hält.</p>
<p id="p0009" num="0009">Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gelöst, dass das Nylon 6.6-POY in einer der Texturierzone vorgeschalteten Streckzone vorverstreckt und anschliessend texturiert wird.</p>
<p id="p0010" num="0010">Die Vorverstreckung des POY unmittelbar vor der eigentlichen Tex­turierung hat in überraschender Weise eine vollständige Flusen­freiheit des feinfibrilligen Texturgarnes ergeben.</p>
<p id="p0011" num="0011">Es ist zweckmässig, ein Verstreckungsverhältnis von wenigstens 1:1,30 bevorzugt von 1:1,40 bis 1,52 zu wählen.<!-- EPO <DP n="3"> --></p>
<p id="p0012" num="0012">Ein Verstreckungsverhältnis kleiner als 1:1,30 hat den Nachteil, dass die Festigkeit zu niedrig und damit die Dehnungswerte zu hoch sind und somit einen negativen Einfluss auf die Kräuselbe­ständigkeit ausübt. Solche Garne sind für hochstrapazierfähige Flächengebilde, Gewebe oder Gestricke ungeeignet.</p>
<p id="p0013" num="0013">Ein Verstreckungsverhältnis grösser als 1:1,52 ist wegen der Zu­nahme der Fibrillenbrüche und damit der Flusen gleichfalls unge­eignet. Hinzu kommt, dass bei höheren Streckverhältnissen die Streckspannungen zu stark ansteigen, so dass eine Verarbeitung in bezug auf die ungenügend werdende Klemmwirkung der Lieferwerke schlechter wird.</p>
<p id="p0014" num="0014">Auch bei höchster Verstreckung ist das Texturgarn frei von Fi­brillenbrüchen.</p>
<p id="p0015" num="0015">Das nach dem Verfahren hergestellte Texturgarn weist eine Festig­keit (ft) von mehr als 48 cN/tex insbesondere von 48 cN/tex bis 52 cN/tex auf, gleichzeitig einen Kräuselgrad von mehr als 50 % Kennkräuselung und eine Kräuselbeständigkeit von 70-90 %.</p>
<p id="p0016" num="0016">Eine bevorzugte Verwendung findet das Texturgarn erstmals im in­dustriellen Bereich, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Zahn­radtreibriemen in Form von Schussfäden. Dieser aus Nylonfilamen­ten mit niedrigem Fibrilleneinzeltiter hergestellte Nord weist in überraschenderweise hohe Festigkeiten bei einer bisher in diesem Titerbereich nicht erreichten Flusenfreiheit auf.</p>
<p id="p0017" num="0017">Die Festigkeit wurde nach DIN 53834 gemessen. Kräuselgrad, Kräu­selbeständigkeit und Kennkräuselung wurden nach DIN 53840 be­stimmt.</p>
<p id="p0018" num="0018">Die Erfindung soll anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert werden.</p>

<p id="p0020" num="0020">In Fig. 1 ist schematisch das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren be schrieben. Im Verfahrensschema ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 ein Vorlagewickel mit einem Faden 2 aus Nylon 6.6-POY gezeigt. Vom Vorlagewickel 1 wird mit einem Lieferwerk 3 der Faden 2 abgezogen und über einen Streckstift 4 mittels eines Streckwerks 5 ver­streckt, bevor er eine Heizung 6 und eine Texturiereinrichtung 7 durchläuft. Die Texturiereinrichtung 7 kann einen Falschdrallge­ber oder eine Verwirbelungsdüse beinhalten. Ein weiteres Liefer­werk 8 dient zur Förderung eines resultierenden Texturgarns 9, welches über einen Fadenführer 11 und einen Fadenführer 12 auf einem Produktwickel 10 aufgespult wird. Das Verfahren kann mit oder ohne Streckstift durchgeführt werden.</p>
<p id="p0021" num="0021">In Fig. 2 ist der Einfluss der Texturiertemperatur auf die Fe­stigkeiten eines N 6.6-POY dargestellt. Kurve 1 zeigt zwei nach dem Stand der Simtex-Technik hergestellte Texturgarne mit dtex 78 f 34 und dtex 78 f 52, welche mit einem Verstreckungsverhält­nis von 1:1,3 hergestellt wurden. Kurven 2 zeigen den Festig­keitsbereich von Fäden im gleichen Titerbereich jedoch mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorverstreckung.</p>

<p id="p0029" num="0029">Bei zunehmender Temperatur ist, wie zu erwarten, ein steiler Fe­stigkeitsabfall zu beobachten, welcher auf einem höheren Niveau stattfindet. Überraschend ist jedoch, dass bei steigender Textu­riertemperatur, nach dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren, noch kein wesentlicher Anstieg der Flusigkeit zu beobachten ist. Die Kräu­selwerte lassen sich mit einer Temperaturerhöhung anheben, eine weitere Erhöhung des Kräuselgrades lässt sich mit einer Span­nungsreduktion mit dem Einzwirn in der Texturierzone erreichen.</p>
<p id="p0030" num="0030">Die erfindungsgemässe Texturierung von POY mit Vorverstreckung erlaubt eine Erhöhung der Festigkeit von feinfibrilligen Filamen­ten bis 25 % gegenüber einem nicht vorverstreckten Texturgarn. Die Festigkeitserhöhung erfolgt bei gutem Texturierlauf. Auch bei höchster Vorverstreckung ist das resultierende Texturgarn frei<!-- EPO <DP n="9"> --> von Fibrillenbrüchen, während ein ohne Vorverstreckung ver­arbeiteter Faden bereits untolerierbare Flusigkeit aufweist. Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren ist es möglich bei extrem hohen Verstreckungsverhältnissen eine gute, gleichmässige Kräuselung mit hoher Restfestigkeit des Texturgarnes zu erzielen.</p>
<p id="p0031" num="0031">Die hohen Festigkeiten, die sonst nur durch höhere Viskositäten oder Spezialpolymere erzielt werden, können durch das erfindungs­gemässe Verfahren im Texturgarn erreicht werden.</p>
<p id="p0032" num="0032">Das erhaltene feinfibrillige Texturgarn ist besonders zum techni­schen Einsatz für Zahnradtreibriemen geeignet. Es kann aber auch für andere technische Zwecke verwendet werden, wo Festigkeit und Biegebeständigkeit Voraussetzungen für den Einsatz sind.<!-- EPO <DP n="10"> --></p>
