    (54) Device for contacting waveguide tube outer conductors of coaxial cables


    (57) A device is provided for contacting waveguide tube outer conductors of a coaxial cables on the one hand and the inner surface of an eletrically conductive outer socket on the other hand.
    The device comprises a contact member that can be screwed onto the waveguide tube outer conductor and in so doing alters its original outer contour to another contour.
