    (57) A dielectric resonator (16) includes a cavity case (1) made of ceramic material and having top and bottom walls and one pair of side walls extending between the top and bottom walls to define a cylindrical cavity, a solid internal dielectric column (2) made of ceramic material and having its opposite ends monolithically connected to the top and bottom walls, and an electric conductive film (3) formed on the surface of the cavity case for carrying a real current.
