Electroluminescent device and its manufacture |
(57) Electroluminescent devices are advantageously made by forming between suitable conductive
layers a printed dielectric layer and a printed phosphor layer, preferably using an
ink comprising solvent-free UV-curable binder in which the high dielectric solid or
the phosphor is dispersed. Such layers are formed in a much simpler manner than the
corresponding layers in previously known electroluminescent devices.
