The cutting means (1) is connected at both its ends (3, 4) to a pair of carriers (5, 6) which can move to and fro parallel and opposed to each other, in such a manner that as a result of the reciprocating movement of the carriers (5, 6) the blade-shaped cutting means (1) oscillates (c) about the centre (2) of the circular arc formed by the cutting means.
