Full automatic operation system for injection molding machines |
(57) A full automatic operation system for an injection molding machine which is capable
of smoothly and automatically starting the purge and start-up operations and then
beginning to produce the completely molded products after the barrel, mold and hydraulic
fluid are heated to their optimum temperatures, respectively, automatically stopping
the molding operation in case that continuous production of incomplete molded products
or an abnormal condition in the molding machine occurs during the automatic operation
and automatically restarting the operation after the stop.
