(57) Compositions and processes for coating a flexible subsstrate for subsequent use in
a mechanical tumble clothes dryer are disclosed. The compositions incorporating fluorescent
whitening agents impart improved whiteness to clothes treated in the dryer and the
process provides a substantially safe and easy method for incorporating the fluorescent
whitening agent into the coating composition.
