(57) In a heat-sensitive recording paper having a heat-sensitive color-forming layer
formed on substrate paper, said substrate paper is impregnated with pigment particles
in its surface and said pigment particles are made to present between surface fibers
or said substrate paper for the purpose of providing high sensitivity without causing
any undesired transfer of tailings to the thermal head.
