    (54) Organic phosphatizing composition and system for using it


    (57) The composition comprises two or are mixed solvents having a flash point higher than 65°C and a vapor tension, at 20°C, lower than 2 mm Hg, which comprises 85 ÷ 99% of the composition. The composition also comprises polyphosphates, including acid phosphates and/or free phosphoric acid and possible surface active agents, in an amount of 1 - 15%.
    The phosphatizing system comprises a processing section (1), a blowing section (2) and drying section (3), as well as a solvent recovery section (4).
