Apparatus for dispensing small amounts of liquid |
(57) An apparatus for dispensing liquids in small and controlled amounts is described.
The apparatus comprises a syringe (1) having a discharge end, discharge from which
is controlled by a valve (63). The other end of the syringe (1) is securable to an
adapter (76) through which pressurised air can be supplied to force liquid through
the discharge end, when this is open. In use the syringe (1) is filled with liquid
which is constantly under pressure. Means are provided for opening the valve (63)
for a pre-determined period of time.
