(57) A hollow cable bolt having a central tube (12) circumscribed by a plurality of wound wires (14). The bolt is inserted into a hole (16) and grout (22) is pumped into the bore of the tube. The grout exits the bolt and flows within the annulus formed between the hole and the bolt.
