Improvements in van bodies |
(57) A curtainsided van body has a front bulkhead (13) constituted by end pillars (18)
and bulkhead sections (19,20) bolted together with the bulkhead (13) being bolted
to the van body chassis. As a result a controlled collapse of the front bulkhead (13)
occurs in the event of a collision and only individual damaged components of the front
bulkhead require repair or replacement.
