    (54) Deep-freezing and preservation unit for food products


    (57) The unit comprises a refrigerating circuit with compressor and evaporator and a cabinet (1) with its internal space divided into a deep-freezing compartment (4) including said evaporator (2) and a main fan (6) and into a preservation compartment (5) which can alternatively be connected either to said deep-freezing compartment (4) or it may be isolated from it. The connection between said compartments (4, 5) is ensured by at least two auxiliary fans (15, 16) and means (20) are provided for taking the temperature as well as means (42) of thermostatic control suitable for controlling the activation of said compressor (3) and of said fans (6, 15, 16) in relation to the selected operating stage and to the temperature taken in said preservation compartment (5).
