(57) A heat-dvelopable light-sensitive material having a light-sensitive layer containing
a silver halide emulsion which comprises multiple-structure silver chlorobromide grains
that are gold-sulfur sensitized in the presence of a sensitizing dye and have layers
of differing halide composition. The multiple-structure silver chlorobromide grains
can have one or more layers of differing halide composition or three or more layers
of differing halide composition.
