    (57) A silver halide color photographic material comprising: a support; at least a blue-sensitive emulsion layer, a green-sensitive emulsion layer, and a red-sensitive emulsion layer on the support, and one or more hydrophilic colloidal layers thereon containing a dispersion of microcrystals of at least one compound represented by general formulae (I), (II), (III), (IV), (V), and (VI); and at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer having a silver density (d) of 0.4 g/cm3 or more, wherein d is N/V; where N represents the total number of grams of silver in said one or more light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layers and N represents the cm3 of said light- sensitive silver halide emulsion layer.
