    (54) Image forming process


    (57) An image forming process comprising cleaning toner remaining on an amorphous silicon photoreceptor, forming an electrostatic latent image on the amorphous silicon photoreceptor, developing the latent image to form a toner image with the developer, and transferring the toner image to a transfer member; wherein
    the developer comprises a toner which comprises colored particles containing at least a resin and a colorant and composite particles, the composite particles comprising inorganic particles having an average particle-size of 0.01 to 1 µm each stuck onto the surfaces of resin particles having an average particle-size of 0.1 to 7 µm and the resin of the resin particle having a yield point from 10 to 500 kg/cm² at 20°C.
