    (57) A movable portion of the outer surface of a wall, particularly a front wall, of an oven or other appliance, in particular built-in ones, which is normally indistinguishable from the surrounding surface, may perform as a handle (1) for pulling out a sliding or tilting member non directly accessible from outside like a drawer (6), a shelf, a door or the like. It is pivoted on the member to be actuated, and resilient means (3) are provided to keep it in a rest position, substantially flush with the surrounding parts, and to bring it back to said position once the pushing action applied from outside on said portion and due to which said portion has taken a position adapted to be grabbed as a handle, is ceased.
