(54) DOLL-CONTAINER

(57) The doll-container is comprised of an ovoïd container (2), extended at its lower base into a small open tip which forms the mouth for filling or extracting the product, the supporting stand (5) being coupled to the mouth. To the upper part of the ovoïd body, a flexible rubber cover (1) representing any optional figure such as a doll, may be fitted.

Description

[0001] The subject hereof is an object that can hold various types of products -because of its nature and appearance it is essentially aimed to hold sweets, candies or other tidbits for children- designed and manufactured using a variety of separate elements, making up each of its parts, that must be assembled or coupled to each other to obtain the functional assembly, with which the actual receptacle is also integral. This assembly, once assembled, appears to be an original doll.

[0002] The invention therefore fulfills two different objectives: first of all to be used as a case to hold sweets or other like products and secondly to entertain and act as a toy for the child, because of its special structural characteristics.

[0003] One of the main characteristics of this model is that it is easily assembled and taken apart, since it is wholly made up by separate parts, that can be coupled to each other. This, together with the fact that it affords easy access to the container to deposit or extract the product held therein, is pleasantly entertaining for the child, who may assemble and take apart the doll as many times as he or she wishes with no trouble at all, since the different parts couple to each other by inlaying the same into each other, using no fittings whatsoever, such as nuts, bolts and so forth, in order to join the same.

[0004] It is moreover noteworthy that the product held is visible from the outside, even if the assembly has been wholly conformed, thereby allowing the listing amounts, need for replacement and so on to be known at all times.

[0005] And, finally, the doll-receptacle subject hereof is provided with an extended base allowing it to be held upright, and it can hence serve as a decoration or ornamental motif, placed on the bedside table o any other furniture whatsoever.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0006] There is no doubt that there are many receptacles for confectionery products such as plastic bags, cardboard cases, stiff transparent plastic cases, and so on, but none are also provided with the characteristics or qualities inherent in the object hereof, rendering it both a decorative element and a receptacle for confectionery products.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0007] Figure 1 is the dismantled doll-receptacle subject hereof.

[0008] Figure 2 is the actual fully assembled doll-receptacle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0009] With regard to the sample illustrated in the drawings, the doll-receptacle subject hereof essentially comprises an egg-shaped receptacle (2), its lower base extending into a small bushing whose outer base is open, making up the mouth for loading or inlet and outlet of the product, shaped as an upside down cup.

[0010] The lower bushing mouth of this receptacle is inlaid in the supporting pedestal (5) of uneven contour, this latter's side extending into two broad wings and its rear part being provided with a cup-shaped recess (4) into which the mouth (3) of the main body (2) is inlaid for a stiff coupling to be attained, thereby to allow the assembly to be kept upright at all times, if necessary.

[0011] A flexible rubber sheath (1) is in turn coupled to the egg-shaped top part of the receptacle (2) penetrating to roughly halfway up the part, adjusting perfectly onto the outer surface thereof, due to the nature of the material same is made of. The outside of this sheath, that can also be easily dismantled, looks like a gnome, that is obviously the character represented by the doll.

[0012] The upper half of the body (2) is provided with grooves, an upward groove (6) and a horizontal groove (7), their function being to prevent a vacuum being formed when inlaying the top element (1), thereby to easily assemble and take apart the same.

[0013] We feel that the device has now been sufficiently described for any expert in the art to have grasped the full scope of the invention and the advantages it offers.

Claims

1. RECEPTACLE-DOLL, characterized in comprising an egg-shaped receptacle body (2), with grooves (6) and (7) on its upper half to avoid a vacuum being formed, its lower base extending into a small hollow bushing (3) shaped as an upside down cup, in turn inlaid in a flat platform (5) of uneven contour.

2. RECEPTACLE-DOLL, according to claim 1, characterized in comprising a supporting platform (5) consisting of an element made of stiff material, its side opening up into two rounded wings, and its rear part being provided with an upside down cup-shaped recess (4) pressure adjusting to the container through its lower base.

3. RECEPTACLE-DOLL, according to claims 1 and 2, characterised in that a flexible element (1) that externally appears to be a gnome's head and body, or those of another preferable figure, is fitted onto the egg-shaped body, adjusting to the same, as a sheath and covering the front part thereof.
