    (54) Security crown

    (57) 1a)- SECURITY CROWN, constituted by a circular crown, the dimensions of which are adjusted to the size of the container and which serves as last lock, with a "U" shaped profile, hollow and reserved, the internal side being longitudinally inferior to the external one, the latter being destined to be incrusted into the existing interstice of the cap which closes the container by pressure, and formed by a continuous series of waves perforated in the center of each one, to be picket on the container as described on Fig. number 1 and 2 of the chart; Fig 3 and 4 show how the lock is placed and its final position.

    Description

[0001] The purpose of the present utility model - SECURITY CROWN -, is the guarantee of the manufacturing and exploitation, exclusively, of the improvements entailed in the covering of certain containers, with the CLAIMS included in this document:

[0002] "THE SECURITY CROWN to be manufactured, is described as follows:

[0003] "It is constituted by a circular crown, the dimensions of which are adjusted of the size of the container ant that serves as a last lock, with a "U" shaped profile, hollow and reversed, the internal side being longitudinally inferior to the external one, the latter being destined to be incrusted into the existing interstice of the cap which closes the container by pressure, and formed by a continuous series of waves perforated in the center of each one, to be picked on the container. Fig. number 1 and 2 of the chart."

[0004] Fig. 3 and 4 show how the lock is placed and its final position.

[0005] The improvements that this security crown peculiar are:

FIRST.- The mentionned security crown, with the introduction into the instertice of the lock that closes the container by pressure being picked up on the external side of it, makes the closing totally tight so that it is impossible to take the lock off the body.

SECOND.- The prevention of separation of the lock from the body serves as well in normal situations as in the cases of falls, overturning or crushing.

THIRD.- The improvement also implies a saving of raw material and consequently a reduction in price of the product in the market, since it is only a crown with the mentionned characteristics that closes definitely the container instead of a whole lock or a steel ring with a lever; the proposed utility model means a reduction in price for the user of about twenty per cent.

FOURTH.- The utility model mentionned in this report presents another novelty: to obtain the described tighness, the closing is not realised with clasps or with any other type of system, which would not give any solution to the tighness of the container, but only with the crown.

FIFTH.- At the same time, the crown presents an absolute utility for the packing of the containers, since it presents the covering to go off, it prevents the loss of contents, and it is not necessary to do it with cardboard boxes or any other strong material.

[0006] On attached sheet, there is a chart of the drawings of the claims. Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4.

[0007] All that has been exposed is the exact reflection of the utility model which is reivindicated, and has to be understood in a broad sence and never in a limitative way, irrespectively of the conditions in which the patent of the utility model are realised as regards the sized of forms, proportions or material used, in as far as the fundamental characteristics which typify it are not altered or changed.
