(57) A handle for bags, cases and the like (10), wherein the handle (11) can be tilted down on one side of bag (10) along an axis parallel to the upper edge of the bag (10) and wherein the handle (11) has an annular shape comprising a fixing portion (12) and a C-shaped gripping portion (13) hinged to the fixing portion (12); the facing ends of the said fixing and gripping portions (12, 13) of the handle (11) comprise pivoting means (14, 17) provided with engageable retaining means (18, 20).
