    (54) An assembly-type goods display shelf

    (57) The present disclosure is related to an assembly-type goods display shelf disposed in association with a cooling container in the supermarket, which is made up of a pair of side tracks (1) and a number of restraint frames (6) and a number of upper and lower guide members (8, 9) that are connected together by arc-shaped guide members (503) so to make the guide members (8, 9) continuously associated; and a front support rod (4), a number of middle support units (3) and a rear support bracket (5) that are disposed in parallel onto the side tracks (1) by a number of fixing blocks (2) with the restraint frames (6) spacedly mounted astride the support rod (4) and support units (3) and the support bracket (5) in parallel and the continuously extended guide members (8, 9) are removably secured onto the support assembly with the level of the guide members (8, 9) continuously lowered so to permit the disposed cans to move in circulation automatically by gravitational force one by one when the canned items are taken by consumers.

    Description

    [0001] The present invention relates to an assembly-type goods display shelf which is disposed in association with a cooling container in the supermarket, and particularly adapted for disposition of canned goods in such a manner that the cylinder-shaped cans can be automatically moved in circulation forward when the frontmost cans are removed one by one by consumers.

    [0002] The present display shelf is made up of a number of separable components which are able to be assembled with ease and is specifically characterized in its adjustable structure and sloped guide units which enables the displayed cans to be automatically circulated one forward as a result of gravitational force.

    [0003] Conventional commercial cooling containers are of rectangular cross section with a number of general display shelters disposed therein. The obvious disadvantage of the conventional shelves is that the displayed goods are placed in order, and consumers have to do a little effort to remove the obstacle items disposed in front of the selected goods in one aspect; and in other aspect that the clerks working in the supermarket are apt to put supplements in the vacancy produced by the removal of the selected goods, that will result in the goods disposed at the rear of the line of the display being in excess of restricted date and those goods will be disposed in waste. Furthermore, the inconvenience of reaching for the selected goods can make consumers hold back in making their purchases.

    [0004] The present inventor has noticed the disadvantages associated with the conventional goods display shelves and worked out an assembly-type goods display shelf located in association with a cooling container in the supermarket, which is readily assembled and disassembled and displayed items are able to move in circulation automatically one by one so that new supplements are able to be located in proper place at right time for customers to choose.

    [0005] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type goods display shelf disposed in association with a cooling container in supermarket, which employs restraint frames and guide units to limit cylinder-shaped cans to arrange in order and move in circulation automatically so that displayed goods can be taken in order without manual operation.

    [0006] The other object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type goods display shelf which adopts removable restraint frames and guide members so to permit displayed goods to be easily classified and arranged in order in a cooling container in supermarket, thereby management labor can be reduced to minimum and consumers can make their purchases with ease.

    [0007] One further object of the present invention is to provide an assembly-type goods display shelf which is separable into individual components so that the display shelf can be easily transported and thoroughly cleaned.

    [0008] To better illustrate the structure, features and operation modes of the present goods display shelf, a number of drawings and a detailed description of the preferred embodiment thereof is presented, in which:
    • Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the assembled goods display shelf of the present invention;
    • Fig. 2 is a diagram showing the exploded components of the present invention;
    • Fig. 3 is a diagram showing the structure of the restraint frame;
    • Fig. 4 is a side view of the present invention.

    [0009] Referring to Figs. 1, 2, the present assembly-type goods display shelf is mainly comprised of a pair of side tracks 1 each of which has a groove at the middle thereof with a number of spaced pin holes 101 disposed thereon for the insertion of a corresponding number of pins 201; and a number of fixing blocks 2 having a reverse-T shaped cross section, which are slidably located into the groove of said side tracks land spacedly secured in place by the pins 201; each fixing block 2 having a protrusion on which either a vertical hole 203 or horizontal hole 203 are disposed for different fixing purposes and a pin hole 202 defined at the bottom thereof being in line with one of the pin holes 101 on the side tracks so that the fixing block 2 can be secured in place by the pin 201; and a tubular front support rod 4 which is held in place by a pair of the fixing blocks 2 each having a protrusion with a horizontal hole 203 defined thereon; and a number of middle support units 3 each having an F shaped half section and having an upper stick 301 and a lower stick 302 and being secured in place onto the side tracks 1 by way of fixing blocks each having a protrusion with a vertical hole 203 disposed thereon; and a rear support bracket disposed behind the last of the lined-up middle support units 3, having an E-shaped half section with an upper 501, a middle 504 and a bottom 502 stick, and arc-shaped medium guide members 503 being welded to the upper stick 501 and lower stick 502.

    [0010] Moreover, a number of restraint frames 6 each being in a flat form are spacedly mounted astride the front support rod 4 and the middle support units 3 and the rear support bracket 5. Each restraint frame 6 has three parallel vertical legs 603 on each of which are disposed a pair of tubular openings 604 for the inserting location of the upper and lower sticks of the middle support units 3 and the middle and bottom sticks of the rear support bracket 5. A plurality of C-shaped washers 605 are employed to hold the tubular openings 604 tight, as shown in Fig. 3. Each restraint frame 6 has also an upper stick 601 and a lower stick 602 with the latter longer than the former.

    [0011] At the front end of the upper and lower sticks 601, 602 is disposed respectively a cut 606 so that an upper guide member 8 and a lower guide member 9 can be removably located in place with the help of pins 607 which are led through the holes 608 on the upper stick 601 and lower stick 602 respectively. The distance between the spaced parallel restraint frames 6 can be adjusted so to permit differently sized cans to be placed on the shelf.

    [0012] The levels of the upper sticks 301 of the middle support units 3 are slightly varied with the one away from the support bracket 5 higher than the one next to the support bracket 5 so that the upper guide member 8 can be slantly disposed from end to end.

    [0013] The height of the protrusions of the fixing blocks 2 is varied slightly from one to the other is such a manner that the one adjacent the rear support bracket 5 is higher than the one away from the same so that the lower guide members 9 mounted on the lower sticks 302 of the middle support units 3 can be slanted from one end to the other.

    [0014] The arc-shaped medium guide member 503 with one end thereof welded to the upper stick 501 and the other to the bottom stick 502 of the rear support bracket 5 so that the cans can be pushed continuously downwardly along the upper guide member 8 to the lower guide member 9. Thereby, the displayed cans can move in circulation automatically one by one when the frontmost cans are taken by consumers; and a clerk can put the supplements easily on each upper guide member in order.
