(54)	Tank lining system with neck seal

(57) A tank lining system comprises a tank having a wall (12) defining a first opening (16). A flexible sheet lining (20) abuts the interior surface of the wall (12) and defines a second opening (21) that is aligned with the first opening of the tank wall. A first collar (14) surrounds the first opening and is attached to the tank, while a second collar (24) surrounds the second opening and is attached to the flexible sheet. Means are provided for retaining the first and second collars together with a seal of the junction area between them.
