Internal closed magnetic circuit anisotropic magnet and method |
(57) An internal closed magnetic circuit anisotropic magnet magnetic particles orientation
region serving as a working surface. Axes of easy magnetization are oriented to pass
through the of the magnet from the edge portion to focus on the working surface.
The magnet is produced by supplying a fluid magnet raw material to a magnetic orientation
molding machine, and molding the raw material while applying a magnetic field thereto.
A pulsed strong magnetic field is applied by pulsatively passing a large current through
an exciting coil a different magnetic field is applied for orienting the magnetic
particles.
