    (57) Resistor device (1) for the discrete control of an electric actuator, for example an electric motor operating a fan, in which a resistor element (3) is fitted between an insulating support element (5) and a metallic heat sink (7). Resistor element (3) is of the thick-film type and comprises a flat rectangular plate (40), made of an insulating material, such as alumina, and a track (42) of resistive material, placed on one surface (21) of plate (40). Track (42) of resistive material defines a winding path extending between two end terminals (45,46) and presenting intermediate terminals (50,51).
