    (57) The present invention relates to a soft plastic material oval ball for gymnastics exercises and physiotherapy use, as well as for sitting use, which comprises a oval shape body which can be inflated and deflated, and is made of a soft plastic material, preferably a resilient vinyl material.
    The ball, which has a major diameter varying from 50 to 180 cm and a minor diameter which can vary from 30 to 120 cm, has been specifically designed for gymnastics exercises, as well as a functional seat, having a curative effect, for a proper alignment of the user backbone.
