A book agenda provided with a jacket endowed with two foldable flaps and with two
internal flaps |
(57) The invention relates to a book agenda endowed with two flaps (2, 3) arranged as
continuations of the jacket (1) of the agenda, fit to fold themselves onto blocks
of leaves (4, 5) that constitute the agenda, covering them completely or partially.
Moreover, two smaller flies (6, 7) are provided hinged to the spine of the blocks
(4, 5).
|

|
[0001] The agenda constituting the subject of the present invention is characterized by
having, as continuations of the faces that make up the case, two flaps of the same
size as said faces, whereby they can be folded onto the blocks that make up the agenda
itself.
[0002] The suggested agenda has on a side the conventional leaves with the dates and a notebook
on the other side in a possible solution.
[0003] The two blocks of leaves have each a flap hinged to the spine relevant thereto, which
flap has a width equal to half the width of the blocks.
[0004] The subject agenda is shown in the annexed plate in an embodiment given as a matter
of example and not of limitation, wherein Figure 1 is an axonometric view of the agenda
itself in an open condition.
[0005] With reference to Figure 1, the agenda is made up of the jacket 1, of a conventional
type, that laterally extends into the two flaps 2 and 3 fit to fold themselves onto
the blocks 4 and 5 that make up the agenda; flies 6 and 7 of a width nearly equal
to half the width of the blocks are fixed to the spines of the blocks 4 and 5.
[0006] Therefore, the feature in comparison with a traditional agenda consists in the presence
of the flaps 2 and 3 foldable bookwise onto the blocks of leaves 4 and 5, so as to
allow the closing of the agenda, and in the presence of the small sized flies 6 and
7 connected with the spine of the blocks 4 and 5.
[0007] The blocks 4 and 5 are provided to serve the one as an agenda and the other as a
booknote, but other combinations can be realized, such as: agenda and notebook, or
agenda and list of telephone numbers, or address-book and notebook or school diary.
[0008] The so realized agenda affords a large surface utilizeable to receive advertising
inserts or inserts of any other type, such as tables, prospects, photos, and the like.
[0009] Formal and structural variations can be made to the agenda, without exceeding the
scope of the present invention as disclosed and claimed.
1. An agenda characterized in that it has, as regards the base jacket (1) that constitutes
the case, and as continuations thereof, two flaps (2, 3) fit to fold themselves onto
the blocks (4, 5) that constitute the agenda.
2. An agenda according to preceding claim, characterized in that the number of the flaps
(2, 3) foldable into the interior thereof can be in a number even greater than two,
as continuations, and foldable onto each other.
3. An agenda according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it has two flies
(6, 7) having a width nearly equal to half the width of the blocks (4, 5) that constitute
the agenda, hinged to the spines of the blocks (4, 5) themselves.
