(57) The present invention discloses an electrophotographic image-forming method comprising a charging step of charging an electrophotographic photosensitive member containing oxytitanium phthalocyanine in the photosensitive layer thereof by a direct charging method, an image-exposing step of exposing the photosensitive member having been charged to a light image to form a electrostatic latent image, and a developing step of developing the latent image formed on the electrophotographic photosensitive member, an electrophotograhic apparatus and an electrophotographic apparatus unit employing the method.
