(54) Monoclonal antibody and immunoassay using the same

(57) Monoclonal antibodies which exhbit specificity anti-thrombin-antithrombin III complexes and a method for imunologically measuring the anti-thrombin-antithrombin III complexes. Because the monoclonal antibodies of the present invention specifically recognize and exhibit high affinity with thrombin-antithrombin III complexes, they can accurately determine concentrations of thrombin-antithrombin III complexes in samples without being affected by cross-reaction products and is thus useful for diagnosis of a blood clotting tendency.
